A "secret" way for keeping fit naturaly is stretching many times along the day, especialy for those that have no time for exercise,or zest.
Its a way that has a natural trunk, cool scope and unique branches.
It is beneficial after a completion of an activity.

yea we undermine stetching everytime and later in life we can see problems.
yet it is a package deal... it should include exercising, eating and resting right too, the benefits are so many to us.
i love exercise, weight lifting to be precise, i'm stronger, better posture, healthier, also determination to lift heavy.. the discipline that it all takes... you take it to your dreaming, makes you better, oh and i'm more atractive |

rotfl..
someone once told me to stretch if it was having trouble falling asleep.. which does occur to me once in a while.. but, stretching wakes me up. He claimed it should help me sleep. Doesn't. It wakes me up. LOL |

lol
may be that person meant tensing and relaxing to fall asleep? stretching to fall asleep will have me staring at the ceiling til morning.
when i was recuperating for about a year, all i did was go to work and sleep. even if i was up and wired i'd get my self to sleep by tensing and relaxing all body parts.
i dunno about cracking joint, though, like so it says dj used to do. may be once in a while if you've been sitting for ever, etc but for the heck of it no no my friend lol |
